Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 3.8 you can see by the barrage of negative comments that this is one of the better houses here at Long Beach State. haters don't tend to target the lower or mid houses. dz is top tier no doubt. i wouldn't call them top house. I think it is Alpha phi but there are some that would say they are top.

Yeah sure they have some girls who shamelessly make out with guys they know have gf's(but who doesn't do that when they're drunk), but they also have lots of nice down to earth girls too! Good handful of pretty/sweet church girls as well if you're into that :)
