Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 3.4 Their parties are insane- in a good way. Just make sure you go with lots of girls- these guys like to grab. I rank them a top tier but barely. In fact I'm almost wanting to say upper mid... But falls pledge class will solidify the decision. If they mess up during that... It's game over. They still have good relations but being on probation for so long definitely messed up their flow. Good luck

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 4.6 pretty good job at greek sing, and won greek week along with kap sig and aopi. Top tier for sure but that doesn't say much at all considering its CSULB greek. their parties are ragers but their current house is somewhat depressing

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 3.0 Theta is pretty much middle ground. They're not top but not bottom either. They seem to be getting it back together after suspension. My friend is dating a theta and from the guys I've met, they all seem to be pretty genuine other than the rare douches in the group. I think the best thing they should do is care a bit more about how they protray themselves to the people around them. But they seem like a good group of guys that care about their brothers.
