Bottom mid and declining. New pledge class is full of awkward and weird kids. Not to mention some of them were going around slapping girls asses and starting trouble at their last party.

I’m a third year girl at long beach and genuinely love this fraternity so much. They have one of the strongest brotherhood that I know, and all of the guys will go out of their way to help you out in any way they can. You never feel unsafe at their events/parties, and they’re just overall a really fun group of brothers. Their house may not be the best as it’s pretty small and old so it’s run down, but would you really want to pledge into a frat with a nice house but not so strong brotherhood? If you’re looking to rush, check out all the frats they all have something good about them, but in my personal opinion theta chi has the strongest brotherhood.

Theta Chi really fell off! Have you seen their pledge class it’s full of goobers like damn they really accepted anyone who showed up to their rush events lol! Not to mention I heard girls getting harassed by the new members because apparently they’ve never seen a girl before!
