I have been a member since Fall of '15 and let me tell you, the experience has been mediocre to say the least. Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 1.0 Here is some truth: Sigma Chi is a lower tier house in all aspects. The greatest improvement they've made here at this school since I've been here is numbers. They've rushed this semester more than ever before, but unluckily for them, numbers does not equal performance. They are still full of awkward, unattractive guys that are trying extremely hard to act like they're more than what they are.
