This house is slowly on the downfall. Bunch of goobers became brothers with this past year. I once considered them top, but they’re on tier with ZBT goobers now.

These kids go crazy at their parties. Their parties are almost always filled with rave music that gets everyone hyped, by far the best djs out of any fraternity

I’d say they are def Mid tier, but only because they barely participate in philanthropies and aren’t as involved. These kids know how to party like a top house and have potential to be up there but refuse to put in the extra effort outside. Just my opinion tho...
