There is a lot of up ranking on this site. The truth is that SK is a nice group of girls, but they are random and a bit out there and weird. I like them a lot , but calling them "top tier" or "the ones to watch" is not even true. Also some people are saying they are "new". They have been here like 30 years. Comeon.

Everyone knows Pi Kapp is Top house. They have the best looking, kindest, gentleman for brothers. They always throw awesome parties with great themes. All summer they had a inflatable water slide in their front yard, and I heard they had a bunch of kick backs and BBQs. They do a lot of philanthropy events and have great participation with the sororities on campus. I haven't heard anything about their academics. They have a great reputation, all around they are the boyfriend material fraternity
