The fact that you put ZBT above AEPi AND on the same level as Phi Psi shows that you really don't know much about rankings. The first four are always a given.
Here is what I feel like are more accurate rankings.
1.Lambda/Pike
2.DSP
3.Dchi
4. Phi Psi/Sigma Nu
5. AGR/AEPi/Phi Sig
6. Rest are pretty much unheard of on campus and for parties.
Lambda/Pike/DSP are always interchangable for 1, 2, 3, its really about preference. None of them are drastically worse than the others, so its clear they are the top 3. The rest are up to opinion but I feel like most people would agree with what I have to say.

If you go through all the ratings for the fraternities, SK only rated ZBT. Obviously this guy is trying to up his fraternity's reputation through this site. A word of advice to you buddy, you further your fraternity's reputation when you're at school, not on greekrank.com

beta isnt at the same level as AGR... or aepi or phi sig. don't get me wrong, the guys in beta are super nice... but a lot of them are kind of weird and most aren't that cute. some of their parties are fun. also i havent even heard of sig pi so i feel like they shouldnt be there either.

This is the truth.
Lambda, pike, and dsp all depend on your preference. A lot of girls like either one. It mainly depends just on which one you have friends in

Agree with everything except the very top, DSP/pike, then lambda, then dchi. The rest is accurate to me!

it was super entertaining to read all these comments.
The top 3 houses at poly are Pike, Lambda and DSP. Every year the three battle for top house and it's always close. This is a fact.
By size, popularity and rep, the rest fall into a couple tiers:
1-Sigma Nu, Delta Chi, AGR, Beta, Phi Psi
2-Sigma Pi, AEPi, Theta Chi, TKE
3-GDIs
4-ZBT... honestly if there's no pledge process it's not a fraternity. it's an interest group or club

I'm in disbelief that you actually put Beta in the same category as DX, Phi Psi, or even SNU. Really????? Does beta even have an ACTUAL house? lmao. AEPi and Sigma Pi are on higher tiers than TKE and Theta Chi. You got the whole ZBT thing right tho

I have to agree, I personally like the guys in Beta but they are definitely one tier below the likes of DChi and Phi Psi. ZBT though, sounds about right
