Easily the most self ranks I've ever seen on this site, come on guys... Not a bad chapter but I've never seen a group define the word average more perfectly. Nice guys, I've heard the parties are fun if nothing else is going on, but they are middle tier and it doesn't look like that's going to change anytime soon.

As a girl these guys are just plain creepy. Me and my friends were at one of their parties and they just keep creeping on us and acting dog. They had no respect for us and didn't understand what 'no' meant. Honestly really disappointed because a few guys told me they were cool. I advise all girls to stay away from these guys because they will not respect you.

Theta Chi is clearly a top house nationally. They are top in the SEC/South (Bama, UFlorida, FSU, Auburn, Georgia, etc,) Big Ten/ East Coast/ Midwest(UMich, Purdue, Indiana), West (SDSU, Long Beach State, Cal Poly, U Dub, Arizona, etc.)
