Probably the hottest frat can't lie but their parties are so boring. No good music, not a ton of dancing. I WANT TO DANCE. Super hot tho and are still totally top tier I just think they aren't anything special.

These guys are the best!! The older guys in the house make this an awesome house. The last couple of pledge classes kinda suck :/ but they are still great. Half of there fraternity is cute surfer kids and the other half are hot country boys! I over heard that about 60 guys have girlfriends which makes them the girlfriend frat. They always win sports and are the most fun loving. Also lambda cabana is the best party ever! Lambda lover even though I'm not dating one yet;)

typical top house. very cute guys, big budget for social, but not the type of guy that you can hang out with unless you're interested in a hook-up. too involved with themselves, too full of themselves and they don't really all seem that close. good recommendation if youre in it for the party and hookup scene tho

Very average guys who kind of come off as try hards. They have taken pretty kooky PCs the last two years. Average parties. if you don't hang out with them its weird at parties.
