These guys can be huge douchebags. Majority are good guys that many sec school girls come to see on the weekends. Althought they can be pretty mean, they do throw some eventful parties and have some gresat looking guys.

Theta Chi is looked down upon by a lot of the other fraternities on campus because they play rugby and don't rock vineyard vines 24-7 but they are some chill dudes. Most of the bad reputation is just bitter rumors. They used to be the gateway to frat circle back in the day and they are on their way to reclaim that spot.

They are newly founded and have a lot to prove. Not exclusive, secretive, or honorable. Good guys but not a good fraternity, more like a band of acquaintances.
