This used to be a decent group of guys but that changed a long time ago. I remember seeing an entire pledge class quit one year, THE WHOLE PLEDGE CLASS OF 7 GUYS QUIT!!!!. A few of the older guys were really cool, but most of the chi-phi members were burn outs with bad attitudes. They think that they come from family money, but really they just work at their family's used car lot as sales people after college. This Chapter lacks leadership, identity and intelligence. They Should close this house for good and the college should use the property for something better.
