They're a recently rechartered house, and there's not much in the way of anything in terms of the old Iota chapter. There seems to be no real level of "respect" conveyed by neighboring houses, the alumni aren't very active with their current brothers, and they tend to keep themselves in trouble over the silliest issues.

Since last spring they've been throwing legitimate concerts for their parties. Original bands, awesome lights and great music every single time. If you want a well planned party with great live music, these guys do it the best.

I had the most fun at this house during greek week and they have the best group of guys compared to all others on the circle.

A few wildcards can really hurt a fraternity, which is whats happened here. Still a great house, just not the same from a few years ago (none of the fraternities are the same).

Once a very killer house to be a part of at H-SC. Still among the top houses. Started going downhill after amassing a lot of debt with the school. And recent changes from their national office has forever changed SAE's new member initiation process.
