Their last two pledge classes have been solid. The older brothers consist mostly of rugby players so there's a really weird shift going on within the frat but if it continues to follow the trend that it's on then I can see these guys going from top middle tier to bottom top tier. They for the most part only hang out with Zetas at Longwood and some of the Longwood soccer team and they're both super territorial groupsl, but I mean if you go to a KSig party you'll see mostly Longwood KD girls who act the same way. They haven't had a band since last semester and this semester there have been a few DJ parties which got too massive for where they hold their parties. The days they have someone on aux it's typically a better time.

Great fraternity (if not the best) my first year here. With that being said, they have let debt and small pledge classes slowly push them into a state of ruin in which they rely on their brand name to attract kids to the house. They havent had a single party this year and I don't think they are even allowed to have one for the rest of the semester. Apparently, they got a solid pledge class this spring so I hope they can turn it around. Definitely a middle tier fraternity that is barely hanging on to the glory days of having good bands/parties.

I had to select party animals, but honestly, they are known as the fraternity that a lot of townies come to because it is the first house on the circle. They have become suffice with just getting random DJs and packing the bunker with Longwood girls looking for a place to stand on a Friday or Saturday night. I have never seen them throw a decent concert nor have I seen them steal any kids away from any of the decent houses. Theta chi is usually where a lot of rejects go. Most people will down vote this because they monitor this site to avoid bad publicity, but sadly, if you're an incoming student, Theta Chi is simply not a real southern fraternity at this school. They are bottom tier with DKE and Phi Gam and don't really have any sort of respect from houses like Kappa Sig, Chi Phi, KA, or SAE

Their house is really small. They were chartered at HSC in the 1960s/1970s so not really any long standing history. They don't really get any big name bands. They have some solid guys though that are ambitious. Only reason they get thrown in as "top tier" every now and then is because they are on the circle and steal some Midlo kids from other houses sometimes.

When was the last time they actually had a band someone heard of? They have no money and half of their brothers hate the other half. Basically an extension of the Richmond high school scene
