Srats on the come up + decline

Which srats on campus have been on the come up/decline in recent years? If I had to guess:

Sororities:
Come up: Kappa (Have had some good pledge classes recently)

Decline: Phi, DG (Both do dirty recruitment anyways)

Frats:
Come up: Lambda (Good pledge class, new house next spring), Phi Psi (Will have a house next fall)

Decline: Phi Delt (Lost a lot of possible pledges to Lambda and a few to Phi Psi. Probably happens again next year.)
