They used to be pretty lame but they've been rising through the ranks these last 3 years

All the Tridelts I have met have been super nice and very involved. They don't really have that much of a specific reputation, probably because their bylaws force them to keep all their parting and ratchet things off of social media. Most of them know how to party and are a lot of fun once they are comfortable. There are a couple of weird girls, but the house seems to be getting better.

I don’t get these girls! They’re all communications majors but they never get too GPA, like you have no excuse for not having a 4.0 as a comm major. Guess it’s too fun drinking at senior houses in the name of “bonding” 5 nights a week! Then going out to dinner every day because dad pays for all your food and your expensive makeup! I’d look that good too if my parents just taught me to be fake! Also the HRC is so nice so what’s up with everyone driving to the suburbs to workout? But just keep telling each other you’re perfect because you all have it so hard!!

As someone who is apart of this sorority, there are several things i love but also dislike about it. I really love how involved everyone is on campus and how passionate we are about our philanthropy (DVA!!), but there are many negative things about this sorority. To start with the most recent issue, there was a big discrepancy on how recruitment was this past January. I cannot state more than that but it still is causing a big problem in our house. Another issue I have with it is that we place such high importance and stress on big/little relationships. It is basically expected and highly emphasized for one to be very close / best friends with their big and little. So much so, that if you are not as close, you feel like something is wrong with you. Also, if you have noticed, it is always the same people featured in our posts, videos, and those who get elected for exec. We clearly pick favorites in the house and are not afraid to show it. Although these are rather big issues, the biggest issue I have about the sorority is that they really make it feel like alpha chi has to be your number one priority. Yes, we are very studious and involved on campus, but are really not the best at working around class, work, and personal commitments. Overall, while I do believe that AXO has done me a lot of good and is the best fit for me, just be aware of all of these factors before joining.

I have a lot of respect for Beta and all the boys. I think they have done a great job getting good guys despite be new and not having a house. New pledge class is strong and I’m excited to see where they head in the next few years.
