I can't believe I'm going to graduate and Phi Delt is top house. Almost seems like a huge joke but they are solid house. Guys like each other and always involved in campus. Lots of weird guys and I mean lots. Parties are hit or miss. Itnhave tons of people. They go hard for 2 hours 9pm-11pm. Better than the sigs this year

I'm sorry but has anyone had fun at Sig as of Fall 17?? House used to be cool now it's hockey players and cig smokers with money. Join to sit in your room and Not throw parties anymore and talk about how you used to.

House won't even be on campus til 2022 maybe even later. You would not be joining a fraternity. As of 2018 it's a group of guys who do lip syncs and go to sorority events. Rushing is a waste to spend your 4 Years without a place to party or hangout. If you ask around campus and someone says they are a beta it's almost as irrelevant as being an underground

I don’t really get why kappa has a reputation for drinking, I know multiple kappas who don’t drink at all and a ton that only go out occasionally...just chill relaxed girls...every house on the campus has people who go out and people who don’t

The only house on campus that should actually be able to call themselves a fraternity.

These guys think they are the only thread keeping butler together, but they are honestly the worst part of the school. These guys want to be known and heard so bad.
