Honestly, Pi Phi has MAJORLY improved the past few years, especially this past year. They are super fun and you always see them out at parties. Everyone seems to actually like each other, which isn’t true for some sororities.

Always slow regardless of if it's lunch hour or later. Arrived at 2 pm and waited a half and hour for food...ridiculous. I would've left and went to McDonald's if it weren't for the fact that I had already committed 20 minutes of my life.

Paid nearly 11 bucks for 4 large vanilla frosted. Drove 8 blocks to home and discovered these frosted had the consistency of milk. Called the store immediately answer called a few minutes later no answer. Called corporate and was assured I would get a call in a voice mail. Heck I just gave up. Today a voice mail from the store asks me to call the store to arrange a refund. Called and 3 times and no answer. Hey Dairy Queen. You cost a little more but never a problem.

The two employees at night 11/11/17 are two miserable people who hate their jobs so expect sloppy made sandwiches, cold fries, and an attitude. Also the food here stinks like old dirty gym socks. No lie. You better off going to Arby's across the street at the Pilot.
