went pretty downhill. A lot of freshman went there first semester because they accept everyone, but once everyone rushed, I hardly heard anyone say "lets go to sig chi." decent guys, but not top tier

Phi Delts are fantastic. I haven't met one yet that I haven't gotten along with. They're genuine and for the most part, not douchey like most of the other frat guys on campus.

some of the people who commented made it very clear that theyre in another house on campus. no house deserves all 1s and no house deserves all 5s. even if youre in that house. alpha phis are genuine girls who are unique and not afraid to be themselves. you cant say that about a lot of other houses.

This sorority has a lot of cute girls. At first they seem really nice and genuine but then you get to know many of them and they are definitely shallow and self-centered.
