Phi Delts are like a pillow. You'd rather have the cold side(normal, fun, outgoing brothers), but somehow you're always exposed to the other side which makes you angry. Love the bros that know how to live life - study, party, enjoy friends, be spontaneous. But a lot of them are simply boring losers. Seriously, it's one thing to be academically motivated, but to stay in a study 24/7...not the real college experience. House is getting better every year.

Phi Psi definitely should have a chapter review. The brothers are great guys individually, and the brotherhood itself looks strong, but the interactions with the outside world have been negative recently, and the brothers are doing nothing about it. Would be sad to see this fraternity crash and burn like TKE.

Underrated. Underrated. Underrated. This new pledge class is showing that Alpha Chi's can compete with the top-tiered sororities. Watch out DG and A Phi.

Alpha Phi may be the best sorority on campus. From their super bubbly and well-rounded girls to their extremely outgoing and insane partiers, this house is the most diverse, yet their sisterhood is so strong that they do not care what you look like. However, about 10% of the sisters are terrible and give Phi's a bad name. Should be stricter with bids next year to prevent this.

All around Theta is a great house. As the older and rather snotty sisters are departing, the newest pledge class will come and truly bring Theta to possibly #1 sorority. They do have a lot to work on with eliminating their snobby and arrogant stereotype.

They are the stereotypical Animal House-like frat stars - which there's nothing wrong with that. But the Delts do NOT speak to any guys that are not Delts, which is a shame. Also, for the girls, you know you're an easy "slampiece" if a Delt wants to talk to you. They have a great brotherhood. But overall, I wouldn't rate them as top house. They could be sooooo much better. Also, very smart and great looking guys.

Being in a fraternity on campus you grow to have an unspoken rivalry between the other fraternities. Sigma Nu is one of those fraternities you hate and love. 65% of their brothers are the greatest people - super nice, down-to-earth, academically motivated, etc. However, I can't ignore the fact that 35% of the fraternity brothers are extremely terrible people who think being a 'Sigma Nu' means you're God himself. Newest pledge class seems very boring, too.
