Best senior parties. Cops are never around. Lots of great guys. Yeah their house is dry, but their parties are the best. On their way to the top for sure. Cleanest house too.

another typical delt pledge class. there were lots of doubts about delt and their abilits to recruit this year, but they did an acceptable job. the fact that everyone who got a bid to delt accepted it is telling of what's to come from these boys. doesn't take much to see that this is a pledge class you'll want to keep an eye on

Delt is probably the best house on campus, to be honest. The only thing about them that sucks is that they keep canceling stuff! It doesn't even make sense because they are so much more than a party house, so why BUPD is being so ridiculous is beyond me. If they don't start having events, they might take a fall from top house!!!
