I've never been to the lambda house or a senior house for a party and i've only met one lambda. They seem more low-key on campus but they seem to have fun from what i've heard.

While sig chi isn't the cleanest or classiest house, they are easily the most fun and social frat on campus. Not to mention they're all really hot and have awesome guys in their new pledge class.

I agree that Theta definitely took a nose dive this year with their pledge class but the upperclassmen are really cool and fun

Sure there are a few guys that aren't so great, but every house has those. They are my absolute favorite guys on campus and it's true, girls want to marry them.

Their new pledge class is the strangest mix of girls I have ever seen in my life. Literally no consistency in the types of girls in the house. A lot of girls who were at aphi for pref night ended up going DG and Theta instead. There are some really pretty girls in this class but I really don't understand a good percent of them. There's a lot of self ranking here but I think it's pretty clear overall that DG and Theta are still very much the top houses.

LIVE EVER DIE NEVER. these guys are amazing and even though there's only juniors and seniors left their senior houses are easily the most fun senior house parties. They are all so funny and nice and I highly doubt that phi psi will struggle to come back in 3 years.
