if chapter can stop concentrating on filling rooms for 1 yr and sharpen up their image for a 2nd yr with same quality recruits they got last year, they will be a top tier sorority here at butler. yes, presentation isn't everything, but its not nothing either. they already have nailed the sisterhood, classiness and campus/community involvement. brainstorm/be purposeful in what YOU are looking for in recruits. remember people deliberately chose you over theta last yr. due to their failing image.

Social events here are terrible and the most recent pledge class is full of a bunch of kids with no social skills. Will be absolutely irrelevant after their seniors graduate.
