if you want to join a frat that dresses like a bunch of sorority girls, this is your house! seniors last year were great, this year's seniors are ok, and then the classes below that are not good. fallen so far, "delt girls" are disappearing, watered down shots if they haven't run out of alcohol, boring parties, guys have no clue how to talk to girls. involved on campus, lots of business majors, trike is a good time

While I only see these girls out every once in a while, a lot of them involved in just about everything there is to be involved in on campus. Most are pretty nice, genuine girls. overall they're just a cool, put-together house. keep it classy ladies

Tri delt is kind of split. 50% of the girls are boring af but the other 50% are some of the coolest people you'll meet. Smart, friendly, and love to party. If Tri delt starts being more selective about who they recruit they'll be a top tier house in no time

Delts are very focused on extracurriculars and grades but could work on their parties. Shots are extremely watered down. Other than that great house with great guys

One of the best houses on campus! Girls are friendly, down to earth, and know how to have a good time. There's no drama in Tri Delt, just genuine sisterhood. Some of the girls are pretty meh but those that aren't are a great time!

more low key than the other houses. Great sisterhood - you won't find any fake girls here. Pi phi isn't very popular because not many of the girls like to go out but they're super genuine and nice which imo is more important

Some DGs can be nice but the bottom line is they all have the attitude that they're better than everyone else because they're dg. Their last pledge class was not very good. DG is quickly losing its top tier ranking because of their condescending attitude.

Love me a good phi, they come out to play and hang. Chill girls, not full of drama like some other houses. The frats get along with them well bc they don't come to start anything bad or get girl drama going. If I were a girl I'd rush Phi
