Best tailgates

any house close to the stadium, groups that are good like KS Fiji and KA are too far and need to tailgate with closer groups for big tailgates.

Off campus events

Groups like PDT SN BTP SigEp TKE and probably others I forgot are heavily off campus for a lot of their events, unless they throw in with another frat to throw a house party. Other groups like KA Fiji sAE and KS are also known for big stuff at venues too but the first groups I mentioned focus so much on it the venue events are legendary, you just need to wait a little until you are of age to enjoy them a lot of times though.

Houses only
(whether frats can use them for parties factors in here as well)

1.KS - best set up super new.

2.Fiji - pretty much interchangable with KS and in the same spot too.

3.ATO - amazing house for events and great location for tailgates.

4.SX - yeah it's old AF BUT they can use it whenever.

5.SN - summer and spring here is peak for any frat but don't use it as much due to nationals.

6.TKE - outdoor area is probably the best after SNs pool, like SN they don't use it as much.

7.PKA - house is small and dirty but dear Lord do they use TF out that bihhh.

8.SAE - ditto Pike but cleaner and the guys are are loaded.

9.PKP - volleyball court is underrated for spring and summer plus the house is nice.

10.OX - slightly nicer than PKP but no volleyball court nearby.

Honorable mentions:

BTP - nice AF, they hardly use it outside of tailgates.

ChiPhi - a carbon copy of ATOs less pull and smaller group so didn't make the cut.

PDT - amazing interior and near a lot of amenities, if they could use it they would be in the top 10 over OX.

ChiPsi - mad under rated group and house here.

OXi - nice interior like OX but for whatever reason OX has better pull

KS Pike SAE ATO SX

Best parties, guys aren't weird or creepy, pull is on point.

Upper Mid 10

Fiji Beta SN PDT SPE

These are the next best groups for pull and quality of guys but the guys are starting to be hit or miss and the house parties are usually more tame unless these guys throw something with someone else. Pretty much only Fiji throws big parties on campus parties for this group.

Mid 15 (all are mad under rated)

TKE OX ChiPhi OXi PKP

These are usually mid sized or under rated groups they definitely have a lot of fun events too. Just more chill and less pull along with smaller size.

Lower mid 20 (also under rated)

KA LXA AEPi ChiPsi PKT(or PSK I forget which is more relevant)

Even smaller groups but they are all close and have a great time. Because their numbers are smaller they have less pull but all are good.

Honorable mentions

PSK DSP ASP SH GE DU

All 6 are growing and definitely have events you will hear about. A lot of these are new some are just smaller groups.
