Explanation
KS and Pike are the only complete fraternities here with KS only lacking in intramurals and Pike in their house being perpetually dirty and small. SX ATO and Fiji all have great parties and houses to throw at but usually their joints are their biggest events where Pike and KS have a similar size with or without others. PDT and Beta are boring AF for house parties and on campus stuff unless they throw joints while SAE has a similar house issue to pike and no pledge ship which encourages cupcakes to come around for a good frat with an easy pledgeship. SN and TKE both have good housing set ups but both are only really big during the early fall summer and spring times. KA is small, their house is terrible, they are low key weird AF but they have random decent pull with girls and other good frats invite them to their better events anyways. SigEp like SAE has no pledgeship but also can't have alcohol in house like PDT SN TKE Beta so as a result their on campus stuff and house parties are not good but off campus stuff and their joints are legendary. Everyone else in mid and lower mid are worth it with honorable mentions to DU, Skullhouse, and glow-worm all 3 are good for their own niches. They are just smaller to mid sized groups with good events just less often or as often but more chill.

"KS and Pike are the only complete fraternities here" - then you say that KS has bad intramurals and Pike has a bad house. I'd add that KS guys aren't very outgoing/involved outside of social events and Pike has a pretty bad brotherhood - terrible member retention and very cliquey, but part of that is due to the house being so small.
"SX ATO and FIJI all have great parties... but usually their joints are their best events" - idk if you go to this school anymore, but SX's best events were solo, ATO had no one but dudes come to any of their events all year, and Fiji didn't throw a single joint all year. So idrk what you're talking about here.
"SAE has no pledgeship" - joke.
"KA has good frats invite them to their events" - you mean KA pays other frats to let them put their name on their parties.
That being said this isn't act all that bad - I'd move KS down, Beta and SAE up, Chi Psi up, and maybe ATO below SX.
