rating the most popular chapters

this is how id rank each of the seven most popular chapters on how cool the guys are (that ive met), how much they care abt school, how involved they are on campus (clubs and philanthropy events and stuff), how good their tailgates and parties are, and how close they seem to be w each other. idt higher score = better chapter, as with everything it just all depends on what you think is important. these scores dont rly matter, but i remember when i was rushing i used this kind of stuff alot so here goes
