SAE/ATO - old row has everything.
KS/BTP/PKA - PKA can't recruit, Beta can't throw parties on their own or at their house, KS doesn't mix enough.
Fiji/SX/TKE - Fiji doesn't do anything and are weird, SX is small and can't recruit, their parties are only good with joints, TKEs house is bad and their guys are weird.
OX/SNu/PKP/KA - each is good but do better with joints and less dominant recruiting.

And put either KS or Pike in its place then these would be right.
I think I'm going to get a lot of flack for thinking either KS or Pike are top 2, (presumably from ATO and Fiji) but their parties are actually pretty good solo and their joints are good too. Their problems are Pike doesn't recruit as well anymore and KS doesn't do enough mixers.
