1.SAE-they still got 20~ or so, so they aren't doing as terribly as people think. If they continue to struggle into next semester though

2.KS-they may have less than Fiji (idk what the exact numbers are) but they have a little bit better quality. Fiji and KS have equivalent houses and parties but KS has more history here.
3.Fiji-they are great, even if they hand out a lot of bids, they get good guys. Their house and parties are great but the lack of history hurts a smidge. Top 3 are elite.
4.(Tie)PKA-their parties are insane and on par with SAE but they don't recruit as well even with the high volume of bids. Beta gets more on par quality but can't use their house.
4.(Tie)BTP-if they could use their house they'd be on par with the elite 3, SAE KS and Fiji, but as of now that's holding them back.
5.----(void due to Tie)

6.(Tie)TKE-their house is average but their numbers and parties are great. Their quality could be better but it is what it is.
6.(Tie)SX-their house and quality is good but their numbers are average. Their joints are great but solo they are just good. A lot of potential here though...
6.(Tie)ATO-their quality is on point but their numbers are ok. They have the most history here but their house is just ok to good. Their parties are legendary but it only does so much.

9.(Tie)KA-they don't have the numbers or the house but their guys are solid and their parties are solid as well. This year they did well in the fall but can they repeat success?
9.(Tie)OX-They did ok this fall but their passed few years elevates them. Their house is decent and their numbers and quality aren't bad either.
10.----(void due to Tie)

I'm not going to put the next few in order but, SNu PKP PDT SPE AEPI and CPhi are also very relevant and good groups to choose from this spring and coming fall.
