definitely top frat at deis, their last 3 pledge classes are prolly the best you can find in any frat, which is the freshman and the sophomores.. besides that, some of the best parties and since i am tight with them, i have partied at their second house, their hammer house too which is really good cause then they dont have to hold private events at their main party house. guys are chill , good bunch of them .. could work a little on their brotherhood though, imo

May not always throw the best parties but they are usually solid, but the brothers are by far the nicest out of any of the other frats, least creepy as well
