any suggestions

I didn't rush my first year but want to next fall any suggestions on fraternities? I like to party and have a good time but also care about grades (work hard, play hard) Im decent at sports and can get along with people pretty well. Anyone have ideas for fraternities to check out and why you like them?
The ones Im now considering are
Pi Kapp
A Sig
Phi Sig
Delta Chi
Skulls

A sig and phi sig, don't bother with the others. Check out Kappa Sig and KA too

A sig & phi sig - party hard, phi sig is good at sports too

Kappa sig- work hard play hard and good at sports

KA- great brotherhood, party hard

Top parties are A Sig, Pi Kapp and Kappa Sig

KA if you want to join about 20 guys going nowhere but down.

If its sports check out Pike

Don't waste your time on Phi Sig unless you want to become a tool

Skulls are great but are struggling to hold down a house. Good size brotherhood and great philanthropy

A sig are good guys but don't know a lot about them other then they are really fun at parties

Phi sig are a bunch of goobers

Pi kapp has the most housing opportunities and are pretty busy with events. Great brotherhood from what i've heard

TKE is also not a bad choice.

SAE if you do not want to have to deal with pledging
