I'm a Panhellenic woman at Florida State, and my cousin is about to go through recruitment at GMU. I know our recruitment processes are very different, so I was wondering if someone could shed some light on how y'alls recruitment process works so I can explain it to her. She has no idea what to expect and I'd like to help her.

I don't care about tiers at all, and neither does she, so please don't mention what sororities are top and which are bottom. I'm really just curious about the process.
