expansion?
by: okayIf over 100 PMNs didn't get bids from recruitment, doesn't that indicate a need for opening the campus for bringing a new sorority chapter to GMU? 100 no-bids is an unusually high number!

Apparently most of those girls with no bids got “released” because they decided to suicide bid. Suicide bid is when you don’t rank all 8, 6, or 3 sororities (depending on if it’s fri, sat, or sun) but instead only rank the ones you want to get. If one of the ones you want don’t ask you back then you’ve been dropped even if another sorority wanted you back, because you didn’t put it on your rank list you can’t go back. Practices like this are supposed to be strongly discouraged by Rho Gammas but this year many of the Rho Gammas were supposedly very biased and did not help all pnms like they were supposed to. If you did a suicide bid and you didn’t get a bid, most sororities are currently doing COB (continuous open bidding) where they’re still handing out bids so contact the recruitment person or a sister from the chapters you’re interested in. Hope this helps

Do sororities know if you withdrew on your own?
