Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at George Mason University - GMU 1.0 Everyone keeps saying kappa sigma is top tier, but what they mean to say is they were top tier but all the cool brothers have pretty much graduated leaving them with a more popular skulls reputation. Come on guys get it together. And also there are like no African Americans either which is a little off setting.
