Pi Phi is top tier. Kinda like thier national reputation, beautiful, fun, lots of 'quiet old money', don't give a $$$$ what people say or think about them, confident and some snobby, some friendly. All the Pi Phis I have seen at other schools are georgous, blonde and fun. Top tier nationally.
