They've got a couple of tools but overall them not having a house has made them the best fraternity on campus in my opinion. They're all super genuine and super nice.

Pi Beta Phi is the sorority that not only parties with the frat guys, but is also FRIENDS with them. unlike other sororities, pi phi does a great job of befriending people and making friendships that will go on through the years. although other sororities may say a certain frat is their best friends... if you ask who they mostly hangout with, they're going to say pi beta phi ;)
