Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 1.0 I heard all the descent brothers moved out. Can't blame them. Their house is weak and their pledge process is a literal joke. I haven't heard of any descent party of there in at least a year. They used to be close to top tier but i think they're closer to plummeting back down.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 2.8 Leasing a house from Lambda Chi Alpha who is rumored to come back soon. What happens when they get off their lease? Are they gonna move to Shaw like those joke apartment frats? Parties overhyped, bros are rude if your a dude, and eager with the alcohol if your a lady or sorority chick. Alcohol runs out by midnight. Parties are crowded cause they shove everybody in a small environment aka courtyard and barn multipurpose room. Don't recommend joining this house if you want a real fraternity experience with traditions and brotherhood, everybody here is more concerned about getting laid and staying on top of their so called pedestal instead of genuine fratting out.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 2.0 Used to be a house that majority of people would go to on the weekend. Now the house is mostly full of overly confident dbags that really dont have a reason to be like that. Some guys are super laidback but others are creepy and do know limits at parties because girls get weirded out at their advances
