Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 4.0 they are dope, I only went there once and they were really friendly. Guess they are your typical frat stars. and I can understand why other frats on the mall can get douche

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 1.0 Let's see. Broken windows. House smells like pee. They have beef with pretty much every house on the mall. Guys are douche bags. Rush Delta Sig everybody!

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 2.2 This house really does have the potential to be the best house on the mall. Prime location, and a traditional frat house setup. The house smells inside and there are so many broken windows. Doesn't take much effort to do simple house repairs. The house needs a major renovation. I've only met 1 guy from there that was cool. Everyone else tries to act like something they're not. I don't have any reason to come back here again. I'd rather go to AGR or Sigma Chi.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 1.8 is what you guys have become. Kappa Sig is way more popular than you guys and Ksig is a joke. Your parties are lame, all you guys do is smoke the green, and you guys have broken windows left and right. Clean up your house and stop making fraternity mall look like crap. I don't know why KKG and DG hang out with you guys, your parties are super lame nowadays. Hope you guys figure out how to succeed cause all you guys do is pretty much nothing other than stay off the greek system radar cause y'all have no presence. Fall 2011 are the only cool guys in your guys house. Get some more folks like them. I went to 1 party, your guys NFl party, which was decent, couldve done better, Cops and Robbers was awful, I have seen a longer line at the Cedar Taco Bell drive through t midnight. Step it up guys, you guys are most def a bottom house.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 4.0 Cool house overall. Negatives... sometime too prideful. Starting to have some dbags when they never had before. Positives... super involved in community and campus. Level headed guys for most part. Probably only fraternity that shows chivalry on the regular.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 2.3 This house is really on a holding pattern/ decline. It sucks cause there are quite a few nice guys but there are still plenty of stoners and douchebags there even after your nationals did their review. Btw- why would you even talk about that, should have kept that on the hush hush. You boys totes need to take care of your house more! its a real turnoff when girls come over and its destroyed- windows broken, holes in the walls, smelly dirty carpet, 8 shades of paint. That's why we turnaround and head to other houses. Get your grades up, recruit better boys organize powederpuff better. You totes will turn it around!

Receiving too much hate on here. The downsize was a positive. Kept quality members. Still not doing enough. Grades are weak. House smells and is repulsive (why they hang out on the roof).
