Met lots of girls at the parties but thetas seem to have the best rep all around, they know how to have fun but also participate in the philanthropies for other houses, some of them are kind of intimidating but theyre pretty chill once you get to know them, heard about drama between them and other sororities on the mall but thetas don't seem to make a big deal out of it

Great group of guys! They do so much for the community such as raise money to donate to the Cancer institute. And their events are always fun. If you are looking for real brotherhood this is the house to rush.

These girls are so nice, so down to earth and very smart. I always like to hangout with the Thetas at events or parties because they are REAL and Down to Earth. Go Theta!!

Pretty sure less than half of those guys barely wears Sperrys so they’re not your typical frat guy. They’re getting a lot of more guys so if they had a house, they might be one of the top house at state.

ive partied with all of the house before but phi has to the worst house ive met, theyre rude and act so nasty and trashy at socials. thought they would be fun despite their bad rep but turns out their rep is true
