Easily the best house at State. They throw the best parties and have lots of lots of alcohol. Their house is cool too

Dry house!!! Phi Mu is only there cause the sweetheart dates the Vice President. Some guys are not trustworthy. Sweetheart is so hot yet all the guys are so desperate in the house. DONT TRUST THEM!!!!

Need to be more professional. Plus fix that Victorian house up. That house was originally supposed to be Sigma Nu’s but delta sig took it over. And lots of booze and underage people there. Need to acquire a more professional brotherhood.
