What happened Delta Sig? You guys were one of the top social houses a couple years back.Foam parties were sick! Your guys chapter house can use some renovations and you guys take care of the house better. Anyways DSP has become a lower tier house since your guys national reorganization I mean c'mon 50 bros to 25 bros in 2010?. You guys got the skills and talents, just utilize them efficiently.

Toward the end of the semester I literally saw 2 Kappa Sigs meet each other for the first time at their booth. Further perpetuates their stereotype of passing bids to everyone and their moms. With over 80 bros, and this type of recruitment, no wonder the greek system views your recruiting talents as a joke.

Theta chi was pretty bad for the past few years, pretty anti social and the house was always dark. They were also pretty ghetto but they got the second biggest pledge class this past semester and theyre parties we always pretty poppin to many geeds tho. They are definitely better than phi delt and k sig but still not on top. I can see them coming up soon however

House is super nice, boys are super nice, parties are super nice. No one on campus touches them in anything except maybe in philanthropies because they always show up drunk. No ones perfect.

I have no idea who Theta is nowadays. They never go out! I saw the girls at serenades they are kinda on the decline with hot girls. They are really chill though I know a couple of them personally and they are down to party it up. Theta, you girls need to go out!

They have some decent looking girls! The problem is they need to make a bigger name for themselves by going out and partying as a sisterhood

Pike is known as the pretty boy fraternity here at Fresno State. They have big brotherhood also hovering around 60+bros and thats not including their 25 man pledge class. They throw some pretty big parties but the problem is there is alot of gdis in attendance and they get alot of their pledges from Fresno City whats the deal with that? Pike is located on Shaw right across from the dorms which explains why there is a ton of freshmen and gdis that attend their parties. If Pike was on the mall, I'd be worried cause Pike would be a contender as a top tier house. I would recommend joining this fraternity if your an athlete, a pretty boy, and down to party regardless of the type of the guests at their parties.
