This house is really on a holding pattern/ decline. It sucks cause there are quite a few nice guys but there are still plenty of stoners and douchebags there even after your nationals did their review. Btw- why would you even talk about that, should have kept that on the hush hush. You boys totes need to take care of your house more! its a real turnoff when girls come over and its destroyed- windows broken, holes in the walls, smelly dirty carpet, 8 shades of paint. That's why we turnaround and head to other houses. Get your grades up, recruit better boys organize powederpuff better. You totes will turn it around!

These guys are some of the nicest guys I've ever met! they are always polite and very welcoming as well. They are very popular on campus and love to have a good time. Also, 98% of these men are smokin' hot!

For the guys who can actually hold a conversation, respectable guys. But best house... lets be real. Calvin Williams left, what is left. Not athletic, horrible grades, had 20 guys a semester ago, parties are like a pregame for whatever else is going on that night. Drink and dip should be the name of every party.

I don't really know any of them or the sorority til this last semester. They don't really go out as a sisterhood and party with the greek community or I haven't noticed them. don't get me wrong, there is a SELECT FEW of GOOD looking girls, but they're not that well known by everybody

Im not In a house but I go to most fraternities here at state. This house is the most chilliest and throws the best parties!. Sigma phi "everyone" is perfect term for them soley because their house has a mixture of everything that everyone can get along with, not because they hand out bids. These guys are down to party, down to chill, and down to play sports. By what I understand they have held the highest GPA and place in every sport they compete in, most of the time winning. Their parties are insane and I always leave ready for the next. Solid house to join
