is what you guys have become. Kappa Sig is way more popular than you guys and Ksig is a joke. Your parties are lame, all you guys do is smoke the green, and you guys have broken windows left and right. Clean up your house and stop making fraternity mall look like crap. I don't know why KKG and DG hang out with you guys, your parties are super lame nowadays. Hope you guys figure out how to succeed cause all you guys do is pretty much nothing other than stay off the greek system radar cause y'all have no presence. Fall 2011 are the only cool guys in your guys house. Get some more folks like them. I went to 1 party, your guys NFl party, which was decent, couldve done better, Cops and Robbers was awful, I have seen a longer line at the Cedar Taco Bell drive through t midnight. Step it up guys, you guys are most def a bottom house.

when Toga Party in Spring 12 left SAE for Theta Chi's Party. How embarrassing, a ton of your guests going to Theta Chi out of all places! I mean I could understand your guests ditching you guys for SigEp or Sigma Chi, but OX? Haha they aren't even a top house and you guys got outdone that night. Obviously something has been going wrong with you guys if this has happened. You all need to step up your game for parties and hype it up more.

Cool house overall. Negatives... sometime too prideful. Starting to have some dbags when they never had before. Positives... super involved in community and campus. Level headed guys for most part. Probably only fraternity that shows chivalry on the regular.

Used to be a house that majority of people would go to on the weekend. Now the house is mostly full of overly confident dbags that really dont have a reason to be like that. Some guys are super laidback but others are creepy and do know limits at parties because girls get weirded out at their advances

When's the last time anyone heard about a Phi Delt party? No house= never, but they sure like to hit up other fraternity parties on a regular basis. Weird and awkward looking dudes. Only good thing they got going, is them being super active in student life.
