The Cadillacs of Sorority mall. A lot of the girls are pretty cool for the most part, but why do you always hang out with DSP's and Sig eps? Would have a little more respect if it wasn't for that.

They don't even have a pledge process so that doesn't make them a fraternity. They are a gentlemen's club that resides in an apartment complex that try and act like they are hard. Guys that have never partied in high school join sig ep!

This house really does have the potential to be the best house on the mall. Prime location, and a traditional frat house setup. The house smells inside and there are so many broken windows. Doesn't take much effort to do simple house repairs. The house needs a major renovation. I've only met 1 guy from there that was cool. Everyone else tries to act like something they're not. I don't have any reason to come back here again. I'd rather go to AGR or Sigma Chi.

I don't understand how in the world Theta's are the top sorority on campus? They are a joke. On the social aspect I've actually never see them anymore at socials half the girls are very awkward at conversations with both girls and guys. I miss the old thetas the ones that were super outgoing and fun with everyone. These new girls need to step up their game!
