theta chi is full of the smart guys, as of now there is one creep in there but he’s after guys so... anyways so they don’t have any amazing parties or anything but all the guys are really nice and fun and sweet. theta chi men will never disappoint but they def are not top tier just bc of the partying, but that makes them the classiest of course, they have REAL brains so at least you can find a man somewhere

zeta was top tier at the beginning of last year literallt ever girl wanted to go zeta then they had a huge race scandal and a bunch of their best girls dropped. the ended up recruiting the world’s weirdest rush class, no one went zeta at all it was so weird, they used to be top three now they’re more towards the bottom
