AXO is a tough one to rate as I really only know a few. I had a rough recruitment with them because communication was just not happening. Maybe it was due to the pairing. They are a smaller group on campus and could benefit from a longer recruitment round. Girls need to have more time to talk to more members to see if there is a fit.
