I had such a negative recruitment experience this past spring. I dropped them the second night for no other reason than I just had better connections in other sororities... and finding out through mutual friends what some of the women of phi mu said about me (the women who supposedly wanted me in their sorority) when they realized I dropped them during the day of pref was absolutely appalling!!! It breaks my heart because they're so many sweet girls, but it seems time and time again its the few bad apples in the group that ruins their reputation and opportunities for everyone!!!!

Phi Mu has braved a ton of obstacles over the past year. As an outsider, I think they handle anything that comes their way with grace and love and it is honestly so cool to see a group of college aged girls come together during hard time and look out for each other like they do. They are extremely kind, good-hearted people and it pains me to read some of these comments. Phi Mu girls are just the best.

Don’t get me wrong I have met some great phi mus that are sweet and kind and are women I think highly of but the sisterhood as a whole is awful. They recruit based on looks, popularity, and talent for greek sing. They have caused the most problems for the greek community this year and finally got caught for something. they dirty rush and only care about partying and looks.
