All the conversations during recruitment seemed forced and awkward. They seemed so nervous to get "the best" girls to bulls their chapter they didn't actually prepare to talk to girls just show off what they do for their philanthropy- that's really all they cared about actually... Which cool, just not during recruitment.

This is literally a random group of girls who all wanted to be a part of something "new" on campus, but because they don't have an established identity, they don't seem cohesive. They don't have as strong a presence as most other Theta chapters do.

Everyone seemed like they thought theta was the bid to get but at their parties they seemed more concerned with how great they are than the girl sitting in front of them and how she might be a part of theta. I think overall they are nice and driven but they don't stand out as the best like people want to think they are.

Worst recruitment party. Seemed like they didn't care and most of the girls seemed like they didn't want to be there. The ones I've met are campus are mostly ok, but if you aren't going to be nice during recruitment, when are you?

People write them off as snobby blondes but most of the ones I've met are just as down to earth as any thetas or AGDs

These boys had a great legacy, but it seems to really be falling apart from where they used to be. They spend their time tearing down other instead of building on some untapped potential. Disappointing.

Phi Tau was the best fraternity all 4 years that I was at Belmont. Their guys are gorgeous, classy and so much fun. I had friends in all the fraternities at Belmont, and Phi Tau boys always stood out. If you're looking for genuine and honest guys with some moral fiber, then Phi Tau is your best bet. Nice, attractive guys that know how to have a good time.
