Definitely the fastest rising fraternity on campus. Their presence isn't huge yet, but with their new pledge class they're moving way in the right direction. A few oddballs, but those types will become less frequent as Chi Phi keeps getting better

These guys are probably the most chill and nicest guys on the row aside from SigEp and the some guys in Kappa Sigma. There are a few potheads among them, but that's to be expected in any frat.

Honestly bottom tier for now...possibly on the rise. They pull in a diverse crowd of (nice) guys and as such, a diverse group of girls always shows up to their parties. They do not give blanket bids (unlike pike and sig ep) and they will be more selective this year, now that they are growing. The people who dislike them are those that think they're way more special and important than they actually are. The major things that have been holding them back is disorganization and excessive smoking

The only reason theyre so high ranked right now is because they were just added to this website but they belong right near the bottom like how they are on campus

They just came back and are already competing with some mid-tier fraternities, the likes of ZBT and KapSig! That's so impressive. Take that from a sorority girl.
