The "c'mon guys....its zbt" guy got it right on. Like theyve been getting better, but seriously....its zbt. Middle tier but still far from top.

Average fraternity. Considered very soft, and not respected by other houses. Fun during the first month or two, but once it gets cold outside and the pool shuts down, they become completely irrelevant.
