Middle Tier but on the rise. Older girls still a little off, but the PCs are progressively getting better. A lot of awesome girls that like to party, a few that don't. Gammas always have a good time and our mixer with them was the funnest we have had this semester.

It is hard to say they are middle tier, they don't really get any girls and always promote themselves as the smart fraternity even when they don't have the best GPA on the row. Also, lots of self ranking going on...

Definitely the best looking on campus and all very athletic, sometimes can come off as douchey but really nice guys when you know them. All of the girls seem to love them. Top house hands down
